HOME DELIVERY''at your service''. Review on Home Delivery Songs

HOME DELIVERY..............thats a unusual but whacky title for a Bollywood film,i am really looking forward to this film after seeing the promos and also for the fact that it has a great cast comprising of actors like BOMAN IRANI,VIVEK OBERAI.the super cute AYESHA TAKIA and the not so cute MAHIMA CHOWDHARY,also the film is directed by SUJOY GHOSH..................the man who made JHANKAAR BEATS,which was a great film,so this one should also be good.The music of HOME DELIVERY is by VISHAL-SHEKHAR,as was in JHANKAAR BEATS and the lyrics are by VISHAL himself.The music of the film is rocking...........very urbane,youthful and fresh,though not very cmmercial,will not be liked by all.............its the kind of music and songs which will grow on you eventually.VISHAL-SHEKHAR are one of my favourite music directors...............coz they are very innovative and always come up with some very different tunes everytime.............and thats why I like them and their music and HOME DELIVERY IS NO DIFFERENT.

The album consist of twelve tracks................out of which three are instrumental and one is a remix.

The album opens with HOME DELIVERY,the title track sung by BOMAN IRANI,who surprisingly does a great job.This song is a riot...............its so cute and funny,and has a very catchy tune too,also the song is brilliantly picturised..............with the whole cast dancing to it,also Nasiruddin Shah makes a special appearance in the song.The chorus part of HOME DELIVERY is great too...........a good song to start the album.

KAASH.............is a beautiful track sung by VISHAL-SHEKHAR's and my favourite too SHAAN.He has got such a nice soothing voice that he lifts any song with his singing................also the lyrics of this song deserve special mention,very poetic and feel good https://lyrics...............not your usual run of the mill kind.There is an instrumental version of this song too..............and its pleasing to the ears.

HAPPY DIWALI...................this song was on tv channels on the Diwali Day,i am sure everyone must have heard it till now.Its a super cool track,sung by kids Vaishali,Surthi,Divya,Suraj,Aparna and Sunidhi Chauhan.............though its more of a situational track but still its fun to listen too................again kind of a feel good track,very urban and modern in its composition,nice lyrics and singing makes it a winner,the REMIX version is also good.

CHAND SI ROSHNI..............song by KK is a beautiful romantic number..............very nicely composed and very soothing and melodious....................i am lookinf forward to watching this song on screen WITH ayesha-vivek,should be good to watch.There is also a instrumental of this song...........its very nice too.

KHUSHBOO CHURATI...................well SUNIDHI CHAUHAN is one of my favourite singers and I feel she has immense potential but hasn't got her due.She excels in this song too as she does in others................and makes you wander why she doesn't sing as often as she should.This one is one of the nicest song in the album...........nicely composed,sung and written.There is a very nice instrumental version of this song too.

CUCKOO CUCKOO..............quite an unusual song,not that great a track as compared to the rest of the album........................its sung by SHEKHAR and sunidhi chahan,ITS just an average track.

MAYA................sung by SANJAY DUTT,i don't know why he is made to sing in this film................'neways you can skip this one,its a typical Sanjay dutt kind of a number,not my kind.

GYAAN GURU.......................sung by VISHAL DADLANI,is a cool funky track,a kind of song which you are bound to like on first hear.Vishal has done a great job singing it.............a nice track.

So overall HOME DELIVERY...................is an album for all those people who like and appreciate good and most importantly different MUSIC and who look forward to this kind of stuff...............i am sure you'll like it,if you have ear for such kind of music....................GO GRAB THIS ALBUM,from your nearest stores..................coz there is no HOME DELIVERY for it.
