Today, I am going to share my personal views and experience regarding Home credit India First of all, their customer service is very poor. I have applied for home loan of Rs 10 lakh in this company and they usually autodebit from my account for repayment of loan. But once I gave them the cheque of Punjab national bank for repaying loan interest, but they refused to accept it and saying that it is not acceptable. I called back many times but they refuse to accept and behave very badly. Also, rates and charges of loan are quite high. Satisfaction is not there. Staff attitude is also not upto the mark.I suggest that one should not take loan from this company.
