I bought a leather napster 6 seater sofa from gurgaon home centre mall. the product is so bogus that nobody cannot sit on it.
This is because within 10 minute of sitting you will develop a severe backache. the sofa has this opposite energy effect and will tire you out within minutes!
There was no information on the quality of product and what to expect from it. I have ended becoming a bog fool. I wanted to return the sofa next day to home centre.
They simply declined it. and the reason is that they have weird return policy which no customer in the world can meet. please check their return policy on their website. shame on them for fleecing customers hard earned money.
