My one of the friend visited this hotel and he told me about this hotel.The check in was smooth & prompt. Being a IHG member, I was up-graded by the reception manger, appreciated.
The person who guided me to my room on checking in(Manish), inspite of being physically challenged towards hearing & speaking capabilities, made me understand all related facilities with his gestures & a very warm smile. This property has a few more person like this in their team which I feel is an extremely nice social gesture on their part.
Rooms are fairly sized & very well maintained. Breakfast well placed.
The only shortcoming I could see was with the air-conditioning, which can be improved, else overall a good property.Clean, spacious rooms. Bathrooms are very clean and neat. Lobby are is beautifully kept. Breakfast - good spread with South Indian, North Indian, Chinese and Western dishes. Parking available. Shopping malls are close by. Very courteous staffs, quick serviceThe property itself is very neat and nicely built. The interiors are well built with indoor plants adding to its beauty. The floor area is well maintained and hotel staff does an excellent job keeping it clean always. The pool area is also nice and well maintained. Being roof top pool adds to its beauty. The location is also well connected to popular markets and areas. The room service is outstanding taking care of all the needs. The room service does it right first time and on time as well.
Now the BEST PART- FOOD AND RESTAURANT!
The food served in the buffet restaurant is healthy/ well laid and over all tasty. The restaurant staff is always on there toes making sure u don't get up from ur table and everything is served to you hot and fresh and that too very quickly.
The service, the food preparation, the display, the taste everything is just amazing.The hotel: the hotel is modern. the front desk goes extra mile to make one feel welcome. plenty of sitting space at the lobby. I was expecting smaller rooms but the rooms were spacious, well appointed. I didnot had a bathtub in the room, which probably owing to its "green hotel" tag - a lot of hotels in west are also shedding bathtubs in the room, preferring a walk in shower. the mini bar was well stocked, room service was prompt. The rooftop pool looked inviting but we could not use it, since it was raining mostly.
special mention: I was sent over a special plate of sweets(some delicious pastry) with a thank you note for being a loyal IHG member.
Overall, it was a pretty pleasant stay and I would love to go back.
