I got my window AC serviced on 26/4. Bill no.30957 and paid Rs 500 for that visit. Recently it got stopped on its own. Only then we noticed that some red wire was coming out of the window panel which the serviceman left unattended. We told this to the current service person. The serviceman said that front panel has gone out of order which has to be replaced costing Rs 1700+ 500(for service)
I want to understand why have I pay for no fault of ours. AC was working very fine without service . Only that service man left a red wire unattended which resulted in some spark in the front window. Also, if that's not the case what is servicing done for: to check for any anomalies.
I wanted to escalate this issue of robbing customers money by fraudulent practices. I requested higher management to please intervene .
