I have recently(march 2014) bought a window ac 1.1 ton. But the cooling was not happening. I had raised a complaint. A guy visited my place and said there is a problem of gas and there is a separate team who looks into it. After making so many calls to customer service and the guy, I got the number of the supervisor. And then after making around 5-6 calls to the supervisor, couple of guys visited my place (after 3days). They were very rude to my family members, as I was not there at home. They removed the gas in the room only while my mother suggested to do this outside. Due to this my furnitures got stains. Its not getting removed even by colin.He replied her very rudely. He told that the gas is filled. The problem still exsists. Cooling is still not happening. Today when I called the supervisor again over phone he said there is a problem in capillary tube. He or the repair guy could have said it earlier while doing the repair. He said it will take time to repair it is there is only one guy working on the second call. I went for Hitachi because I thought you have great products and great customer service but not experiencing it at all. Really an awful experience I am having now.
