Hitachi is one of the most popular company selling ACs in India. It cools instantly and also consumes very less electricity. We had purchased Hitachi Sugoi RAU514HUDDZ 1.2 Ton 5 star split AC in April 2014 after a long research. It was our first AC.
Even after we switched to AC from cooler, our electricity bill never surpassed Rs 3500(rupees Three thousand five hundred only). It is one of the ACs that consumes very less electricity and perfectly cools room of size 101010. It automatically cuts down when room reaches desired temperature. Also compared to other top brands like Mitushibishi, O-General, Deccan it is cheaper, and performance wise it is at par with them. It is highly recommended for consumers.
