While considering the options, have to choose between OGeneral and Hitachi. Researched about both of them. Purchased this product as Hitachi is world leader when it comes to ACs. Pros: Cooling is superb. It cools the entire room within 5 minutes . The functionality is also good. It makes very less noise. The only con and that too is the biggest disadvantage is the service of Hitachi. You will not get your Ac serviced easily and the process is quite cumbersome as well. It becomes a big headache if your AC gets broken down.
