Purchased 3 door fridge 2 seasons back for INR 48 k and now every year have to spend over INR 6 k for its maintenance. Surely a cheap Chinese product being pushed into Indian markets under the brand-Hitachi.


Be cautious in dealing with this product and company. No service back up, takes minimum 10 days for someone to respond and no senior management is ready to come on line for help.


"beware and be cautious: Do not buy the poor quality products" under brand Hitachi.
