The product is not value for money.It stops ice making if the temp exceeds 40 degree celsius.There is no regard to customer service, no one cares even after numerous telephone calls, e-mails, complaint to the dealer and even complaint to the concerned Regional-Manager, the problem exists from over one month and the refrigerator is under warranty period purchased only in sept 2011.This definitely was not expected from a Japanese company.
After 20 days of last complaint, a telephone is received from Gurgaon service centre that product does not twist ice if temp is above 40 degrees and stops cooling if temp exceeds 47 degrees so there is no defect as such.The product is a failure for north India and not telling these features at the time of selling is mis-selling.
Dissatisfied and not recommended rather do not spend to buy headache from this product.
