I purchased this product 2 years back. It cost me then around 29, 000(including Stabilizer). At the time of buying I compared all the Brands(samsung, voltas, Kenstar, Ogeneral), then I decide to purchase Hitachi AC. After using this product for mostly two years I am writing this review.
1. Its cooling capacity is not comparable to other Brands having a same rating.
2. As soon as you will switch on the AC it will cool the room within 5 minutes.
3. it is having timing functions and different modes such as DRY, POWER, COOL, FAN etc.
4.moreover we can select AC mode based on our region. As if I am living in Chandigarh then
- I can switch the ac mode to Chandigarh. It is also having KAIMIN mode in which temp will rise 1 degree every hour(Max - 4 degree).
6. The most useful function I saw that it is having the vent clean indicator. As if dust has been deposited on the vent then an indication will glow. this feature is not found in most of the AC's.
7. it is very energy efficient. it will cost you around 2000(approx)/month if you use it whole day(24 hrs).
My uncle has also buyed Two AC's of different brands named tata and Samsung having the same rating. But its compressor never cut off and moreover its cooling capacity is very low.
In future when ever I will buy a new AC. I will buy Hitachi only.
