Hi friends,
I am here to share my views about this air conditioner. I was using a Haier AC before this and was very much unsatisfied with the product. After reviewing the market I went for Hitachi for the first time and no doubt I was not very sure about as the price was obviously a little higher. But I bought it and have been using it from the past 4 months. Here is what I feel.
1) The service is good, when I got the product delivered to my doorstep I called the toll free number for installation and the guy came in the next day with all the necessary equipment for installation and finish the work in couple of hours.(Just to mention, I have the wall ready as there was my old AC so they just have to assemble and place the AC). After that its working fine, I even got a call from them(Hitachi team) after 1 month regarding the performance of my AC.
2) The cooling is impressive and is way much superior than my old AC. I live on the top Floor and it boils in the summer my last AC failed above 45 degrees Celsius but this worked even in 49 degrees. I was so relieved both from the harsh weather and also for my decision to buy it. There is no sound till now that I feel. It works like a charm.
3) Well, as of now, I will say that Im very much satisfied with the performance of this AC and I can rely on it to cool down even at 50 degrees. I took the 5 star version and so it consumes lesser power and thats a relief too, along with the weather.
4) The price is a bit high I admit but that because of the use of good quality material, if you are looking for a quality product, go for it, its a one time buy which you wont regret.
Finally, I will say if you are looking to buy a good product and can spend a few extra bucks you should go for it.
