I have a Hitachi window ac which is not working from last 30 days in such summers. The Hitachi people are just interested in closing the complaint in their system without even resolving it. Their site also has connect to management for customer complaints escalations, I have escaleted the matter to the highest level but the irony is even they are not interested to resolve the complaint. I have few friends who are also using hitachi product and even they share the same thought. I would strongly recommend that if you are looking for ac go for any brand but not hitachi otherwise you will repent later. They will not give any service or spare parts support after sales. If this is the condition of service in Delhi NCR, I wonder what will happen in other states. Pathetic decision to buy HITACHI AC.
