Hitachi is a Japanese company based in Tokyo, Japan.Hitachi works in Information technology, construction, electronic Equipment, financial services etc.Hitachi is a big brand so my friend suggested my family We have purchased Hitachi 1.5 Ton Split Inverter AC.
I heard about its performance is good, definitely can't compare to the premium brand that this brand charges its customers.cooling is not so great, makes little sound.
Hitachi gave free 3 services at the time of purchase and we happy to know but didn't realise to fooling customer.The Hitachi ac is not so good at all when ever there is a change in temperature.I have to start it an hour before to feel that and it was waste of my power bill.it consumes more water while using and it should be controlled Go for a good brand that gives you a best and quick service or at least keep your expectations right.
The AC makes a bit of noise when the fan is at top speed but pretty much manageable at the lowest setting.Remote control is also not good it stopped working after few weeks we had to press it again and again.Hitachi is expensive than other Ac available in the market.
It's functions are not so easy, it is not user friendly as it should be.I can operate the AC easily but it's not that easy for my parents to use it.The AC consumes high electricity and didn't support voltage fluctuations.we complaint to the service center about its faulty performance then they said that our representative will come and see what's the problem in AC and we waited for 3-4 days no one came not even a phone call.
At least they should inform us that we coming on what exact date then we again called them this time they said that we don't have enough engineer to visit at your place.then we decided to talk to their manager and after that they sent their representative to our home and then they fixed some problems not the whole AC then we decided to sell it.i suggest you guyss don't follow any advertisement do R&D by yourself ask your relatives or friends which AC is good.
