We bought a split AC from Hitachi. Recently our AC broke down and since 4 days we have been trying to arrange for a service visit but so far nothing has happened. This is very annoying! After repeatedly calling them they just keep saying they are sending reminders to the local service location and apparently they put us on priority as well. But nothing happens even after that.
Worst customer service I ever faced. I would not recommend this product to anyone because of this. Even if your product is great without a good service support its worthless.
