Do n't Buy Hitachi. pathetic service. horrible service
I had purchase 2 Hitachi window AC from Rhythm house noida of model no.Hitachi QCTM Sr. No 1759&1760 on 21 march 2010 Challan No. 5937. in the warranty card 2 services are free from Hitachi. on 18th march 2011, I had call on Hitachi call center and book my 1st free services and call center executive committed that the service call will be attained in next 2 working days but it will not attained till date I had call several time but no response from the hitach.
