I bought it two months ago from flipkart. Hitachi sended a man for the fitting within two days of delivery, which was pretty good.
My room is not that big, the AC takes around 12-15 min to cool up the room, but after just one month the
Gas leaked from the AC, not sure at this stage if it's the product or hitachi service workmen.
I contacted the customer support, which was on hold for like eternity, finally when the call connected I told about the defect, and they kept trying to resolve the issue on phone, I requested for a servicemen. It's been 15 days now when I lodged my complaint, no response. There helpline doesn't come off hold.
I will update my review once I get the AC repaired.
