Aftersales customer care of Hitachi acs is very poor. External cover of wires and pipes attached to the window unit of the split ac started cracking on its own. I complained rgarding this to the customer care of hitachi through tge retail outlet. But there was no response. Then I directly contacted the company and after folliwing up for few days.they sent their technician to check. He said that the damaged part will be replaced by 24/4/17. But he did not keep his word. Again I had to call up hitachi customer care and the technician too to remind them. Now they are saying it will done as soon as possible.
No one wishes to look at a cracked part of brand new ac of a reputed company.
Hopefully things will get sorted out as soon as possible.
