I have purchased 1.5 Ton window AC in june 2015. After getting 1st service in sep 2015 auto swing option has stopped working. I have made complaint at customer care. Service engineer had visited and told that motor and swing part has been defective and need to be changed. Service engineer gave assurance for change of defect parts within 3-4 days.
But its more than 25 days parts has not changed by Hitachi even after regular requests by me through mail & phone. Their customer care executive all the time said that their service personnel will call me within 24 hour but I have not received any call till date even they r not giving reply of my mail. I m writing this review for them who r thinking to purchase hitachi product pls guys dont purchase hitachi products.
