My hitachi AC has cooling problem. So I first raised a service request on their website on 24th April, 2016. Nobody responded.


Next I raised a service request on their customer care no 04035324848 on 26th April, 2016.


Service request no: 16042605112.


I was assured a response in 48 hrs. But when I received no response, I sent a mail to customercare@jci-hitachi.com on 29th April.


Even they assured a response in 24 hrs. Today is 3rd of May and I do not have AC at home. All nhassurances are useless. They have no system for taking care of customer. I regret buying AC from Hitachi. Will never ever buy from them.
