Hindware kitchen chimneys division is selling chimneys with wrong specifications to consumers all over India. Till date even after appeal rejected by state commission company instead of removing the wrongly specified material from market wants to waste time of ncrdc were has no ground as have not produce any certification of specifications only lame excuses. Respectable Judges if ask for certification of specifications can stop big fraud all over India. As same wrongly specified Pacific db model with 95 watt motor is being fraudulently specified as 820 airflow where as actually is 473 airflow. Higher the airflow higher the price.but frauding with consumers.
Again requested the respectable judges to ask for certification from hindware before giving admission to case hindware vs Hussan Soni.
