I am having bad experience with the said chimney
They indicated Life time warranty
But except for the motor which has a guarantee of 10 years nothing else is covered under warranty.
No Customer grievance team at company who would address customer concerns
Hindware PR also silent though issue is represented to her. Less than 2 years time spent Rs 5000 for replacement of PCB and Jack
Earlier used Faber Chimney for 15 years without any problem.
Don’t suggest any body to buy sub standard and inferior quality products of Hindware . Similar experience with Hindware hob also wherein one Burner damaged in less than 2 years and it costed Rs 2000(Appx.)
