I had purchased this chimney form a local store and it was delivered by them on time but, the installation guy charged me 500rs just to drill two screws on my wall and hang the chimney.additionally, he told me that I need to buy a carbon filter sheet along with that installation, in order for the chimney to absorb all oil and grease so that it will function well, without it the kitchen would get dirty and the sheet would cost another 850rs which is very frustrating.while placing and installation on hindware customer care, I wasn't informed about any additional carbon sheet's requirement. After product's installation I had called the customer care again and I informed them about the additional cost told to me, so they just said your chimney model requires an carbon filter.even though I had mentioned the model no on my first call at that time, they informed me only installation charges only installation charges are to be paid of and no additional cost and things are required.Therefore the installation is the worst service by hindware as there are many hidden charges and they also charge per visit.Very poor service by hindware.
