I had shifting from Bangalore to Indore, The initial quotation they gave was 35K from Bangalore to Indore( we did not have any large items, but had around 60 boxes to move). They came and did all the shifting, load the boxes, then when they prepare the invoice, It was shocked to see the amount which was 45K.
When I called, they answer very smartly, they put GST, Insurance 3K, and docket charges 2K, it was surprised to me as when I took the quotation, I told very clearly to give the actual quotation including everything.
Once your household is loaded and they charge you like this, you have no other option except paying the extra, this is blackmailing and totally unprofessional.
With this quotation, I could have go for agrawal or good packers and movers.
Also we had commitment to keep the household in warehouse for 10 days, I got call after 5 days only to unload the household or pay extra for per day charges as they dont have warehouse in Indore but at the time of quotation they told they have warehouse and we can keep the household upto 15 days without any charges.
I would say not to go with them, I made mistake because initially they give quotation which was lesser than the others but you end up paying more than the professional one.
Those reviews are true, I ignore them as I believed person to person, and that person was so professional . I was impress and booked them for the shifting.
At the end, DO NOT TAKE THEIR SERVICE, YOU WILL ENDUP PAYING atleast 25% EXTRA WHAT THEY QUOTE.
