Presently I am working in as a Finance Executive in Hinduja Leyland Finance Company. I am company on roll employee. So its befit is my pf & esic deducted. My company best point is Job security all employee best So I am join this company. If company business less than target even it company do not remove his employees. Company given me appoint latter, my salary package is 1.7 Lac per annul. Starting company given me all kind of Finance Training in Ahmedabad Head Office.
Training allowance+ Food allowance+ Traveling allowance company given it Company given per file good incentive. If you doing more file than his target than you received very good incentive. His Incentive slam is very good. Very Peaceful environment in office. All my head very supported to me in work. Loan Facilities also given by company when you indeed. Main thing other private finance company given presser to his employee to do his work. But my company and my head could not given presser to work. I am also understand company.
