I was advised that Himani Navratna Cool Talc powder helps giving the sensation of cold once applied. I agree fully to what I was advised and it ends there.
The perfume is not long lasting, and the powder is of poor quality - it kind of gets itchy since my skin is dry. Most of Indians use the talcum powder right after taking a shower, and the body temperature is already lower than before taking the shower in the first place, so I don't really get the importance of "thanda thanda cool cool".
Since it is supposed to be different than regular talcum powders which offer nothing other than fragrance, it is sold at a premium too.
I definitely don't recommend this to users who have dry skin.
