That I bought this Bullet Camera model number ds-2ce10kf0t-pfs Serial number J90852912 camera whose image is attached below dated 18-April-23 and within 2 days it showed malfunctioning and color distorted lines coming in it and the voice cracked when listening to it live. I asked the dealer of HIKVISION R.R.Infotech(Mobile 706055XXXX, 639617XXXX) of District MUZAFFARNAGAR, UTTAR Pradesh country INDIA whose address is attached below in the Visting card he said that it goes to your company of you and a minimum of takes 20 days for know the replacement of your bullet camera transit towards MUMBAI one tiny baby time-consuming replacement center of RMA only in 142 Crores people of INDIA you provide in MUMBAI Only.
I never find such a tough and tedious, bothersome cumbersome process of replacement of consumer-bought things in my life. That is what a person will do when the camera goes to the warehouse for replacement and waits 20 days or more without camera use for the security of the house.
That you are sending third-class unchecked deficient in-performance products to the INDIAN market that some days, the camera gets out of order and does not work to 100 efficiency and inbuilt issues raising issues so quickly.
