I bought the HIKIA AURA 4D through snapdeal. I bought its high flow rate and other product features plus the price. But after buying the experience was so bad that I thought that I have been duped. The chimney had issues with its electronics and the noise level was over 70 DBA when I searched for the service provider I found that the website had just 2 mobile nos. one of them was Ativ Jindal and other I think his brother. I had written over 10 mails and as many calls to get the basic service of installation of the chimney but Mr. Ativ was one who does not understand a simple language. Parallely I had also put it to Snapdeal and only they could save my hard earned money they could force these HIKIA guys to return the product and sanpdeal returned me all my money. Hence guys please get into the trap of HIKIA this a company of two brothers and mr. Ativ still makes some sense but it seems his other partner is complete nonsense.
