I work for a MNC which has tie up's with dealsnow.co.in as part of the Corporate Giving's. Here is where I could redeem the Corporate Gift Vouchers.
Since I got married recently for which my office gave me 5Grand vouchers, prior to this I had another 1Grand Voucher for my birthday which was good enough motivation for me to go on their website and do some useful shopping.
My first shopping with them:
When I started discussing this with my lovely wife, she was quick, she wanted a food processor and after doing a little bit of online loafing around on dozen websites, we realized the food processor which she was eying on was at more competitive price than any other sites online, pat comes her reply - lets get it.and we redeemed couple of vouchers+ paid some change as part of the shopping. And now came the real deal, we wanted it immediately as we were expecting few guests next day and she wanted to utilize the food processor for the food preparations. I called up Mr. Jagdish finding his number on their website & he was quick to get the product delivered immediate next day itself. Wow! That was quick.
My second shopping with them:
Even before my first shopping I was actually eying on the Sony PS3 Move console, however, I could not find that online on their store. During my first shopping I had indicated Jagdish of the same and he was kind to add that on their website in their product catalog quickly(2 days - I think, not able to recall).
When I checked next time on their site, that was already there listed waiting for me to book it up. I did that on Thursday afternoon and since I had been itching to kick the as s out of that PS3 for a while, I could not resist and called Jagadish to help me get that console by Friday end of day! And he was a real gentleman instead of going around and make me run for it, he simply told that I would get it hand delivered from one of his own colleagues by Friday end of day!
Now this was the deal:
I got that for cool 19Grand(little less than that) whereas in market including all other flipkart, letsbuy and others were around 20Grand. Plus I could redeem all my vouchers too.great!:)
When I got that hand delivered on Friday evening since I asked that gentleman to handover console to me close to my house since I was out on dinner along my wife, he came to the hotel I was and also offered me to pick it up from his car and put into my car which I sincerely refused and picked on my own. Then upon enquiry he introduced himself to be Mr. Sagar Chaudhuri, Founder & Director of dealsnow!
I wonder how many founders of new start ups take this little trouble of helping their customers meet their happiness. No matter what it takes!
After these two experiences, I could not stop thinking when was the last time I got treated so well as a Customer. Jagadish & Sagar both made me feel "Customer is King"
Personally, I will highly recommend dealsnow to anyone who asks me about buying something online or offline.
