Brought a laptop bag.defects observed with in a year. Service done and it wash just an eye wash. The defects appeared in just a month after service.
Requested Yelahakna RMZ galleria store manager to replace the bag. very rude behaviour, very poor response. Till date using a bad product after paying premium cost.
Wen I gave for service first time the store manager assured the defects will not reoccur. Now the store manager saying the same and agreeing to replace.
They are cheating customers by selling low quality and substandard products.
