We have activated reach broadband service for 3 months and all went smoothly without any problems.But recently after the completion of 3 month plan we shifted to monthly plan and made the payment online instead of offline payment. We don't know the reason(may be because of online payment instead of offline)but The next day itself the internet went offline and when I reached to the customer care technician, he came to our home and checked the cable and just says "we can't do it". He is so rude that even inspite of asking him 2 to 3 times about the situation he kept on saying "we can't do it" .WTF man? I just asked'what do you mean by that?' After raising my voice, he said that it may take evening to even start the work! Then I just stopped the call and called customer care and filed a compliant. After that, he came in the evening and completed the work in 10 minutes and went away! Even though showing his rude behaviour I just went calmly into my room as the internet was back to online. But the next day itself it again went offline. I called him again in the morning.He said that he will come in 10 min and I waited for 4 hrs and called him again. Then he replied, 'is the problem not solved?' WTF man? You didnt even come out of your house and asking whether the problem is solved or not? Is this some kind of joke? Then after 20min he came and went to my neigbour house and waited for 30min there and called me and said that "the box has to be shifted and it can be done only tommorow" why? Cant you do it today? Whats happening man?


after all this, I asked him whether there are no other complaints(as there are other connections held to box that he had mentioned)then he simply replied that


"YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE WHO IS COMPLAINING! THERE ARE OTHER CONNECTIONS THAT ARE OFFLINE DUE TO THE SAME BOX AND NO ONE IS COMPLAINING!"


Is this called'service'? I just want to know! He is literally saying me to pay for the internet and dont speak anything if you dont get internet! I paid for the month and I sat idle without internet for 2 days and he is saying to continue without complaining?
