Quite simply a copy. of a hollywood movie, Now if u notice, . Sajid actually says that its not a copy of Three Men and A Baby in media when he was promoting the movie. Well if u are a good director than I think you really shouldn't care what the Public says about whether u copied the script or not, and beside it s a bad publicity in the eyes of the critics, I think U can never win over Critics. . But than again Bollywood is after Bollywood. Parampara Must be continued. Copy all the successful and even the worst hollywood movies and turn them into crazy pot boilers along with Few Mataks and Jhataks. Throw in some Do Rupiyee Dozen Item girls..who for some reason think of themselves as actors. Look If a had Sexy body like those girls In the Title song I would have been up there but thank God that I am not, so I dont have to pretend that I can act.
Now as for the movie is concerned, its entertainment If you dont think too deeply about the movie's attempted try to make a statement about Why Men Should Respect Women. Now I am not sure if Sajid Khan had that in his mind while making the film, and he doesn't say it anywhere.. in his interviews. But who cares. I really dont even know what message the movie has. Akshay Kumar(who I think has proved that he can act, after doing all those DHISUM DHISUM movies in the 90s) holds the spotlight in the entire movie. His character has a presence everywhere the movie goes. His character Arush is responsible for everything that happens in the movie, he is the conflict maker.... Now the rest of the cast.
Sadly Ritesh's Tanmay and Fardeen's Al have not been given enough room to play out ther characters in the movie. They are basicallly doing their favors for Akshay's Character. However, Al does get to play the Throw Back Character "Prof. PARIMAL TRIPATHI" played by dharmendra from Hrishida's 1975 hit "Chupke Chupke". But that too sadly is wasted, unfortunately I think it was rather lack of both bad writing and a part to do with the Actor's inability to play such a "CUTE" and yes I said Cute Character.
Vidya balan has a character which really isnt refreshing to me. Its nothing new. She plays another SOB story pushed in the corner girl and she basically stands around most of the time through out the movie only delivering when her lines are there and that too she does it with like "i am running late for my dentist appointment" so "I need to get out of here". But than again I cant blame her. There is nothing at stake in this movie. Its just a mild, funny in physical sense sometimes more of glitzy glossy type movie.
Now that leaves Boman Irani. Well I think he needs to find better roles now. Too much comedy is not good, he has already proved he can do comedy, its time he picked something else.
Music as far I am concerned is Good. You can listen to it.
Finally I think nothing else can be said about the movie, its an entertaining movie. Just dont think too much about the movie in critical thinking...unless you will end up writing a review somewhat along the lines like these. well Go watch the movie and just have fun.
OOps I forgot the baby...the Main Star of the Movie. The Little "Angel" well I am sure whatever her name is ..when she grows up and watches this movie she will get few laughs and embarrassing moments and few Blushes.
