I had bought this laptop with one year warranty and on the 4th day a car banged me and my laptop got a minor damage.
So I called up the customer care number and they asked me to show the laptop to service center in Grant road.
I wenf there and they asked me several questions if I have done it purposely. I said am I mad to do that. I got angry then they took my laptop and gave a receipt saying it will take 7 days to repair. We will call you after 7 days.
I did not receive any call so I calles them and they said it will take time. I kept following up for more than 2 months. But no response from them. Finally I wrote a mail to the customer care head of India and told him that I'm seeking for a legal action and then they replied saying give us 10 days. And finally my laptop got ready after almoat 2 and half months just for a minor repairing. Hp is pathetic in customer care.
