I feel this review is:
I worked in safety department for three years. Salaries are soo low if are from lower caste. Mainly salries and career growth based on your caste not on your performance. thoungh I worked for three years the over all increment in my salary is only 3000. Leading caste of the MD is the ruling party there. If you are from that caste then you have best career.No job security and no career growth. Work environment is not friendly and highly polluted area. CEO take care of his only caste people that higher officials. working in this company is career loss.
