Hero Splendor iSmart 110 is a best budget bike according to me.
The ride quality it offers is good and it returns me 55 -60 kmpl mileage. I can handle it very comfortably even in Delhi traffic with back passenger. Its soft seats never give me back pain on long drives. Overall, its worth spending money on this bike.
