Maestro Edge was introduced in the month of september in 2015 and after its successful launch, it has become the top selling scooter in the hero Motocorp family. Currently, the 110cc machine is coming with a waiting period of 45 days at major cities in the country. Initially, the waiting period was of one month but now with rising sales number, the waiting period is stretching to 45 days. It competes with the Honda Activa which is the highest selling scooter in india. The maestro gets the combined braking system that triggers both brakes with pressing just the left side lever resulting in very efficient braking. The maestro features a digital instrument cluster with trip meter, fuel gauge, odometer and service due indicator. Maestro Edge comes equipped with 110.9cc air cooled, 4 stroke single cylinder OHC engine that churns out peak power of 8.31 BHP 8000rpm and 8.30 Nm 6500rpm amount of maximum torque. It is equipped with some impressive features such as external fuel fill, digital analog combo instrument cluster, under seat storage light and mobile charging port, 12 Inch front wheel & tubeless tyres, alloy wheels, integrated braking system, LED tail lamp and an engine immobilizer. Along with this, it is available in seven paint scheme pearl silver white, panther black, shooting Night star, candy Blazing red, Techno Blue, Matt Vernier Grey and matt blue. of these, the mattt blue color option is gaining a lot of attraction from the buyers. The scooter is available in two variants namely Maestro Edge LX and Maestro Edge VX and both the variants priced at Rs. 49, 500 and 50, 700(ex showroom new delhi) respectively. Its elder sibling Maestro is also on sale alongside with this scooter.
