Yes, the service and durability of Hero IgnitorIgnitor is very very poor.
I am saying this behalf of my bad experience with hero ignitor .I really have a very bad experience with this bike.this is one of the bad product by hero in my personal opinion.
I bought this bike before 15 months and now I have a lot of problems and mistakes in my bike.
I bought this bike in 62, 000 rupees and buy it because its look is very nice and have 125cc engine also but the service of this bike is very bad.my bike gave me good service in about 5-6 months of purchase but then one day I got problem in its chain socket and get repaired it from service center but now it has also some problem in its clutch and gear.
It is not a rough and tough bike and fuel efficiency of this bike is also very low.it gave only 45-50 kmph average and this is a low average of a 125cc bike.I had many difficulties after buying this bike and never thought about buying it again.
I also never suggest anyone to buy this one because it service is too bad and my experience with this bike is very bad.
