20000 kms update:
My bike is giving me mileage of 55 kms per litre. This is average figure. Mileage increases immediately after servicing and dwindles down after a time period.
Complaints about bike are very rare. I always drive double seat and find it absolutely comfortable driving even from very narrow gully, lane or middle of two vehicles.
Control over bike has increased and fineness in driving also has increased. I don't drive my bike faster than 70 kms per hour speed. I have drove my bike faster than that earlier but it eats your petrol like nothing. The bike is not designed for such a speed.

I have been driving my HHSS for almost a year now. It has already crossed 10000 km mark. I drive almost 50 km a day. I want to know how much mileage should it give.
I selected Super Splendor for few reasons:
Fuel economy: I was told that it should offer at least 70 km per litre.
Gearing system: Gears are to be pressed by heel. It is very easy as all gears are on same side.
Sturdyness: The bike is sturdy. It does not really break so easily. I fell twice from the same. Once when a rickshaw broke one of its rear wheel and that wheel came under my bike. But there is absolutely no indication of accident on bike.
Driving comfort: I used to drive Splendor of my garage walla for quite some time so I was very impressed by its comfort. So chose Super Splendor
Self start: I know that while driving many a times your engine turns off. So instead of kicking the lever it is very very very convenient to press button and go.It saves not only time but also embrassement at times and also fuel.
But please let me know the mileage of super splendor.
