It was one of the road legends in 1990s.I loved its awesomeness in road.I bought Splendor on 1995 and still I maintained it in good condition.Now also I get 75km/liter on road.No other vehicles can beat the Splendor.Its only 100 cc but powered like 120 cc.I dont have allow wheeled bike, but its powerful to beat allows.I kept it as a eras King.
In my opinion Hero Splendor is not much good as Hero Honda Splendor, in case of Mileage and also Engine.
