I gifted HERO HONDA PLEASURE to my Wife about 10 Months ago. I bought it in Lakshmi motors, Somajiguda, Hyderabad. It has been giving problems in Self start from the 3rd month itself. Now, the vehicle broke down. It is such a horrifying thing to happen for a lady. The service is so bad, that no one at the Lakshmi motors service centre was ready to come and check the vehicle. After arguing, pursuiding a lot then they sent a person to look into the vehicle. The mechanic couldn't do anything at the vehicle break down spot. So we had to bring the vehicle in a auto trolley to Lakshmi motors. Now the actual frustration starts.
After looking at the problem, they said the problem is with Engine crank shaft. ENGINE PROBLEM IN 9 MONTHS?????? Yeah I know it is horrifying. Then they say it is because of the driving problem. Common, you should be kidding me, a lady is driving vehicle for 9 months and you say it is driving problem. She doesn't even drive at 50kmph.
Then the service centre guys say that this part comes under warranty and this one doesn't. One can understand if its a physical damage. When the problem is with the engine, everything should be under warranty simply because its a faulty engine. The Quality check mechanism at Hero Honda manufacturing plant is not proper and that is the reason we are getting such problems.
I gave the vehicle last thursday at the showroom and today they said they will give the vehicle. One week to fix the problem??? Speaks of the service standards at Lakshmi motors, HERO HONDA. When cars meet with accidents, it take 4-5 days to give it back.
I request all the potential buyers of Hero Honda pleasure to take note of this and do fall in to the traps of Priyanka chopra advertising the vehicle. I personally feel now that Honda Activa is a far more better option that Hero Honda Pleasure.
