I have an Passion 2000 make, Recently I have Modified my Bike Rear Conventional Drum Brake to Hydraulic Disc Brake. My bike is Superb Compered to the Recent Passion Pro, like in Built Quality, Engine reliability and looks !!!
The Passion`s Main disadvantage is the Poor Brakes, so I have decided to modifiy the brakes . In Conventional Drum brake when I applied Brake in 90KMPH Speed bike will able to stop in 8.6 seconds, After the Modifications to Hydraulic Disc brake I am able to stop my bike in just 4.2 seconds, I dont need to apply the Front Brake, and I am happy about my Bike Mileage in city 72KMPL and in Long drive 74 KMPL when I maintained the speed between 50 to 60 KMPH, When I reach 80 to 90 KMPH the bike will returns 60 or 57 KPML Mileage, My bike is Red Colour. After 10 years completed the painting is in glass finish as new Bikes and thats way I love HERO HONDA Bikes, Beacuse they are giving an very good qualified Bikes to india.
Along with this disc brake I did another major modification in my bike, That is Projector Headlight Setup, It gives very cool look for my bike and it is very useful to me when I drove in highway, I did some minor altreations in headlight and fitted the 3" dia Projector, and I have installed 7.2Ah Battery instead of 2.5Ah, Because 2.5 Ah is no useful for my Applications so I have decided to mod that also, And I have installed HID kit in my bike, The output light is Superb and cool, After all this modification I went to nearby Herohonda Showroom, and they people are so much impressed and they put my bike on display for 3 days in their showroom.
Why don`t you people try all these modifications????
If I drive my bike in streets all the peoples should watch my bike and they should impressed that`s my aim !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
