Hi dudes, confused on whether to buy p180 or zma? I will help u to clear that. Always follow two fundaes. 1). look at urself, are u a rough guy means do u like the power of a monster, roaring of a lion, wanna tearoff anything that comes ur way, wanna move like a beast, then blindly go for p180. but if u like beauty with artistic excellence, power of an angel, wanna fly like an f18 hornet fighter jet, sofistication with high defination technology then dont wait for anything, go for zma. 2). look at ur locality. is it very cheap? if yes then go for p180 otherwise go for zma. now let us come to the qualities and disqualities of this two rivals. let us first talk abt p180dtsi. now the major drawback of this bike is that it is too short in height for taller people and is definitely going to hurt u on ur lower belly and legs, secondly it is very unstable at 80+km/hr and u will definitely get tired after a long ride. thirdly within a year the engine vibrates with lot of noise, and the fuel ec decreases gradually. moreover there is not much difference betn p150 and p180 designwise.fourthly the quality of the gear is very poor-shame on bajaj. But the major advantage is that it provides a scorching pickup from 0-60km/hr that is in just 4.86 sec and reaches a max whack of 127km/hr(speedo reading). From my personal experience in the city condition p180 is the emperor. secondly it provides a lot of flexibility in riding. thirdly the exhaust tech helps in constant acceleration even in fifth gear. fourthly the breaks have nice bite which creates more opp for accidents, so be careful. Now to talk abt zma, the major drawback of this bike is that there is no crash guard secondly the fuel ec is too poor to handel for a upper middle class family-the hh must think abt it seriously, thirdly a 223cc bike must have more than 17 bhp due to which it is beaten by p180 in initial speed and pickup, fourthly the looks of the engine seems to be too underpowered as compared to 200+cc engines.moreover in city conditions it is a clear looser. Now talking abt the major advantages zma vanishes from 0-60km/hr in just 4.9 sec and touches a top whack of 140 km/hr(speedo reading), it has an incredible stability at 100+km/hr moreover the ride is so much comfortable that u will get a nice sleep. handling of this bike is good and maintenance cost depends upon ur driving. the design of the bike is made very scientifically due to which u can ride it through 24 hr. And the most important fact is that as ur thumb touches the starter it catches ignition within a second which shows the refinement and superior quality of the engine. And if u want a life partner bike, zma is the sexiest and best of all. But u must be thinking that how could I suggest all this things?. well, my freind I have got pulsar 180 on 2005 but I sold it on 2006 at a price of Rs42000 and bought zma and it is now six month older. So to sumup I will prefer zma rather than p180.
