I am 18 yrs of age doing B.E. Civil in Salem. I bought my bike on oct 13. It has done 2500 kms now.
Riding is my passion and I trust only Honda. Karizmais the most advanced bike in India today. Those who travel daily on long roads and those who like to be identified by what they drive can buy this vehicle.
One is pure perfomance and the other is the magesticity and status. I travel 20 kms daily. The bike was little rough for the first 1000 kms but it has become very very smooth and silent now. I am not comparing the bike with any other competitors like pulsar because, it is the undisputed winner.
Generally people drive rashly with this bike but I drive very carefully. I am getiing a constant mileage of 43-45 per kmpl. I always put 91 octane petrol (speed) for my bike. There is no point in buying this bike for commuting inside the town. The minimum speed for putting the 5th gear is 45kmph., so it is suited for only highway riding.
So far I have not found any negative points about this bike. When going at 60kmph constant, on a smooth national highways, you can fell the heaven, you will doubt whether the engine is on or off.... so smooth .. so silent!
It cost Rs. 75,000 approx on the road. Instead of buying pulsar, people can put a few more bucks and buy this. If you are price concious then I would advise to buy Ambition 135. See, Bajaj and TVS are Indian companies and cannot be trusted for pure pleasure of riding, while honda is Japanese.
