All the time, I was looking for a bike that had a look of a sports bike, but could run in the busiest city without much trouble. and of course, one with an affordable running cost. and boom, there was Karizma from Hero Honda. the look was fine enough for love at first sight, though now I feel if they had added some extra engine cover to give a look of Honda sports bike...but thats ok. the power is superb, there's no rivalry whatsoever. the seat is designed in such a way that it looks like its made for a female companion :-) a bike of this size and shape needs a little wider rear tyre, and a better looking side mirrors..in the small city like Kathmandu, where the number of vehicles are more than the streets can accept, this 225cc machine is cruel enough to cut the way and move forward. a higher cc engine(500cc) is a waste, though I admire Royal Enfield for its own beauty. the mileage of 35km in KTM city is very much satisfying for an extra power engine( who's stupid enough to expect same mileage as Splendor with karizma), overall, it got the great look, with style, power and speed, and almost everything you wish in a bike, again, a wider rear tyre would have been better. I have had Karizma for last 27000kms of my journey, its good to own one.
