I am planning to buy Hero Honda Karizma. I was earlier getting confused between Pulsar and Karizma. But actually it is a no contest. They are class apart. Pulsar looks and feels crude in front of Karizma. The only problem is that it is a trifle over priced.
Just day before yesterday (15/5/2004) I saw an ad ( a huge hero honda colour advert) saying the price is slashed to Rs. 69900/-. special offer valid till 15th August,... this is really great news. But dealers in my city (Jaipur) are refusing to acknowledge it. Hero honda help line is also no help. Does someone here has a clue. I am sure at this price it will really sell. It beats Pulsars hands down in sheer class.
Also I wonder what will Honda launch when it starts selling bikes (In june would be my guess). If they launch something like CB250 Nighthawk with 2 cylinder 234cc engine, then I guess Karizma will be in trouble. Anything else and Karizma should sell.
