KK..K.Karizmaaa will rock..need some changes. Review on Hero Honda Karizma

*Hello Roadies,

Every day I travel from my home to office on bike( 20 Km. in night+ 20Km at early morning) I am working in International Call Center.

My first bike was Bajaj Pulser 150cc: got it new branded in 2003, honestly didn't like it. so I sold it within a year.

Then I got Bajaj Discover 125cc.: Nice bike.I was thinking this is the bike fullfill my all expectations.getting average 60-65 Kmpl, good pick up, great stability on road, great comfort on heavy trafic as well as on highways.road it for 75000 KM till date and happy with the service.

But, still thinking that I am missing something.I am middle class person, so I have to look for all the sights.I love my bike as equal to my girl friend, so I always search for the bike(girlfriend) which **looks great, great milage, great pick up, great comfort, great stability on road, great mechanism.

*I am daily reviewer of Mouthshut.com, daily searching on net if there is any bike exist in India from(Bajaj, Honda, Yamaha, Hero Honda, Suzuki, ) which has all those facts.

*And my search ends on Hero Honda Karizmaaaaaaaaa.

I think Hero Honda done superb job by launching this classic bike, I had almost made my mind to purchase new Hero Honda Zma.but after my research and studies about that bike, I decided that I need some changes which will make Her(Karizma) my Wife.(Sat Janmoka Sathi).

One and half month befor I heard that Hero Honda is launching new upgrade of Zma.Fuel Injection.which has improved milage and look too.(My personal opinion Don't like new look)

So, I decided to purchase used Karizma first to have my hands on it.then wil purchase new Zma FI.

As per my planning, Got Hero Honda Used 2006 Model(Black) sexy look.from my friend.28000 KM done.in imaculate condition.regularly serviced, no accidents history, all the parts were working.

Road it continuesly for the month atleast for 1800 KM and then come to the decision that what changes I need which makes her my wife.

1. Which Hero Honda now realized that need to have Feul Injection technology to improve milage upto 45-50, I am getting 30-32 in City Trafic and 38 on Highway which is not parvadeble for daily commuter on this bike.

   
   




2. Should have tube less tyres and rear tyre should be 120 instead of 100/80 to make her queen of the road.

   
   




3. Cold start is a big problem, doesn't start without choke at early morning. Every early morning when I am on a way to my home after completing my shift, I have to kick it atleast 5-7 times using choke.(one thing I like to mention that one mechanic said your bike got computerized battery, but till date I don't have any idea about that, can someone explain it to me what exactly is that)

   
   




4. I am giving her full points for great comfort while riding, great stability on road, great pick up, great mechanism, silent engine(but Honda Unicorn got more silent engine).

   
   




5. It will be great, if we have rear disk break. However, rear drum break also good.

   
   




6. Headlight should have 60 and above Wolts for better riding at night and in rainy season its life saver in night.

   
   




7. Horn can be more powerful as I am driving 223cc power machine.

   
   




8. One main thing which I most like is that I road her upto 130 KMPH and found great stability.

   
   




9. I don't like her new look in FI model, so better Hero Honda should make those changes in existing model to make her Queen of two wheelers.

   
   

I hope all this points make the reviewers to understand what I am trying get noticed about Hero Honda Karizma.

We all love our bikes and want her to be best in Industry.
