I have ZMR 2013 model Black color. Now it's need some part replacement, Even after paid full amount for spare PARTS also my bike is waiting in showroom for more than 2months for PARTs UNAVAILABILITY. I bought it, as I thought GOOD product and wanted to buy INDIAN product, but LOST RS 1, 15, 0000 by bought it.
Whenever am asking Always they simply telling sent mail no part availability anywhere in INDIA. If you live or love India never go for HERO bikes and don't bindly support and INDIAN product. my brother having Honda and me have HERO, if PARTs need to be replace in HERO within 10K KMS that same PARTs need to
replace after 30K KMS in HONDA. HONDA is 200% best quality and better service. HERO totally waste and just spoiling INDIAN names.
Now am using Honda Activa 2003 Model, do you know what a quality it is, I feel it more better than ZMR in way of Service, PArts availability, Quality. I am strongly suggest you all Instead any HEROmoto bikes you can blindly go for Any number of OLD years HONDA model and any Honda bikes.
HERO giving warranty for 5 years, my ZMR 2Years old but NO PARTS AVAILABILTY when bike in under WARRANTY period. HEROMOTO simply cheating peoples.
HEROMOTO only for sale bikes if any parts need to be replace after bought BIKE then you never get and no proper response also. DONT SIMPLY GO FOR INDIAN PRODUCT(HEROMOTO) AS PM TELLING THEN WE ONLY SUFFER and WE ONLY HAVE ALL PAIN.
I am not asking for free of cost, even PAID 100% amount am waiting for more than 2 months and still no fixed time to get PARTS.See how much BAD SERVICE and BAD MANAGEMENT. Instead of service center people follow-up anything properly they simply giving many other DEALERS number to me and asking me to call them and follow-up.
See nobody want or ready to have responsibilities, simply thinking CUSTOMER AS a FOOL.Based on my family and Friends BIKE experiance, HONDA is BETTER and BEST QUALITY(ESPECIALLY SELF START EVEN AFTER 10 YRS), BEST & SPEED SERVICE, QUICK PARTS AVAILABILITY FOR ANY OLD HONDA BIKES, SERVICE CENTRE & MANAGEMENT RESPONSE ARE EVERYTHING BEST ONE.
I AM STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU TO GO FOR ANY LOW TO HIGH LEVEL HONDA PRODUCTS YOU NEVER FAIL ON THIS. Now a days earning single Ruppes not a simple thing as everyone know, so don't simply spent your money on any WASTE PRODUCT, always think and select GOOD products and enjoy your life without any problems in your suggestions.
Until HERO bikes going fine you will be feel good, once it need any parts replacement then you should forget your bike.THERE IS NO WORDS TO TELL MY PAIN AND NO & NEVER HEROMOTOCORP READY TO UNDERSTAND MY PAIN OR ANY CUSTOMER PAIN.
