I have a couple of words to say,


I have a new Name for your Brand. Instead of Hero Moto Corp, you could change it to SH** MOTO CORP.


Why SH** Moto Corp is not capable of servicing their products in the market?


Of course, the brand name itself suggests that the products are from SH** Moto Corp.


SH Moto Corp Products mean SH. What's there in SH to service? Thinking of Servicing SH?


Define SH** MOTO CORP?


A shop with All SH** products and a service which is more SHTIER than SH. Where Changing a nut takes one full day, and a servicing takes more than 8 FULL Days, which a road side mechanic could do it in one Hour.


What Does Hero Moto Corp do, ohh . sorry. SH** Moto Corp do?


Aah. they are here with their Joint Venture Father HONDA, and they started selling bikes, Now their Ambition is to defame their Fathers name for get a very SHtier name for SH Moto Corp.


What do the service centre guys of SH** Moto Corp DO?


They are here to service SH products. yeah. Servicing SH?


Why The hell do SH** Moto Corp sell the Extended warranty forcing the customers to take it?


Yeah. the times have changed. Now a days, even SH** Products should get official warranty for 3 years.


What do the regional Managers of SH** Moto Corp do?


Yeah. this is one of the tough Question.


They talk with the customers who own SH products manufactured by SH Moto Corp.


They  Try to soothe customers saying that the product is not SH**.


The managers Put all the possible effort to convince the customer saying that their product is is a GOOD SH. Yeah have you heard of GOOD SH?


Why the hell I am not using the Country's most Premium Vehicle which was bought by making a Down payment of 92+ Thousands of rupees?


Of course, the product that I own was manufactured by SH** Moto Corp.


The Bike is lying like SH** in my home. Occupying lot of space.


Total Loss after 6 months of ownership. 11350+/-


My Vehicle appearance and statistics.


My Bike is a very clean, neat Karizma R, bought on December 25 2010 from Srilakshmi Motors Hyderabad.


The vehicle is as it is, as the way they delivered it to me.


No Accidents, No dents, no Scratches,


Reported problems after six months of ownership.




  1. Fuses getting Conked off regularly, Nothing is working in the bike, except kick and brakes. No Lights, No Indicators, No Horn.




  2. Sound from Engine Noise, Cam Tensioner, cam Chain etc.




  3. All the fairings of the bike are completely broken. Front Mud Guard is broken at two places, Tank has Lost Paint in the corners, Side cowls are completely broken at more than 2 places. There are 4 pieces of cowls on this bike.




  4. Too Much of noise from the vehicle. bike is not stable.






Resolutions provided.


Only the second one was resolved, Rest of the problems are not being addressed. The resolution took 8 days.


Just to resolve the First two problems mentioned above, the service centre took 8 Whopping days.


The bike was in the showroom for 8 days.


First Innings of service.


Date: 27/8/2011 - 27/8/2011 Bill amount:      50


The Bike was making too Much of Noise.


No Electricals were working.


What Happened in HH Service Centre.


I was told that they would be able to fix up the problem with electrical only as it was a Saturday and I went during noon hours.


I have asked them to fix the electrical issue, so that I could use the lights and horn, which are the very basic ones.


Resolution Provided.


The problem was fixed, I was charged 50. I pulled the bike out of the show room.


The fuses were conked off again within 5 minutes of delivery, Back to the original Problem.


As I had other important appointments, so I moved on.


Second Innings of service.


Date 29/8/2011 -30/8/2011 Bill Amount:      950/-


This time, I got some attention, because I have escalated the complaint to the regional office to Mr Sharath( Mob: 04027604140)


Mr. Sharat, promised me that he would resolve all the problems that are in the bike, He also said that, the fairings are broken, for which he wouldn't be able to replace them under warranty.


I have asked him only one thing. When I bought the bike around 6 months ago, the bike was delivered with a faulty Handle and a partially broken indicator, which were bent, The Handle was replaced in the first servicing of the vehicle, which was done with in the first week of purchase date. The indicator was not changed. The service advisor told me that it wouldn't cover any warranty, so they won't be able to change it.


So when your Brand, HERO could deliver the bike with Faulty handles and broken indicators, there is no doubt that, you would deliver the bike with many other Faulty parts too.


My bike hasn't seen the ground till date, except that the rubber sticks to the road. The vehicle hasn't fell down till date.


I have only one concern, how could all the fairings of the bike were broken.


Mr. Sharat, got everything fixed up, the bill amount was 980 change of /- even though I didn't get the fairings, I was happy that my bike is coming home. He promised me that, the Cam tensioner work would take 15-20 min and he would get that repaired after couple of days, once they have all the spares handy.


Loss to Me.


One and a half Leave, worth 3000.


Auto Charges to and fro from the service centre.


Total Loss: 4500/-+ did OT in office


What Happened after service?


The bike came home after three days of rigorous work in HH Garage. We reached late night at around 8:30. had other important work in pune, so started to pune.


On Monday,  5/9/2011


I tried to use the self start, I could discover that no electrical are working.


Huh. I tried using Kick start, after struggling for half an hour or so, I could feel that the bike wouldn't start under any circumstances. so I had to leave to office an hour late, in a pissed off mood.


Third Innings of Service.


Date: 5/9/2011 - 7/9/2011 Bill Amount: 305


Problems:


Vehicle Broke down. Stalled at home after ridden only 5 KM after servicing.


No Electricals are working.


Pending Cam Tensioner change.


I called up Mr. Sharat and said him that I am facing the same issue again and asked for a resolution.


To My surprise, he was angry on me and he started shouting on me. I Ended up the call.


This is how Hero Moto Corp regional managers behave. they don't have enough guts to get the problems resolved, for which you have charged the customer.


3 days of time spent in the service centre to get the following parts changed.


Cam Tensioner. Cam Chain. Cam Shaft. Rocker or roller Arms which are placed in the head of the engine.


Total loss to me would be around 1800+ /-


What happened after service?


The bike was returned on 7/9/11, the bike ran for 10 days successfully, even though, the choke cable was not working fine, I have accepted it as the loss was in acceptable level.


On 17/11/2011 I was returning from office late night, and the fuses were blown out. I was stalled on the road with no lights, no horn, no indicators working. This shows your commitment to the service done.
