I am the proud owner of HUNK... as the name suggests its a marvel in 150cc.... I dont think any bike on Indian roads can match the quality of japanese products..... previously I owned a TVS Victor.. and have used it for 4 years in a row.... without complaints.... actually I loved the way it handled... and presently was in search of a bike which would give me a perfect combination of style power and the presence of a somebody whizzed past... kind of experience all the time... and all this in the most economic way... as i am a mechanical engineer... I believe in maximizing output with little input.... and HUNKs got all that.....
I would like to suggest one thing, if somebody is preferring to buy a 150 and above bike one should not brood over mileage... coz.. these are performance oriented bikes as u all know... and expecting too much is very bad.... I guess its my way of thinking..... anyways.... I have used Hunk for some days now.... and I am already more than satisfied..... its the bike which can make u do all tht u can think of... with a true bike.... I dont go into the matter of comparison.... it is a dull effort in comparing Indian bikes with the foreign origin ones....
talking more of the bike... well... its got gas shocks the first in HH products... it is an old thing for other companies.. but HH has done good to bring it out at least at this stage when its market is crucial.... only thing missing in the bike is an LED tail lamps and a digital speedo... well I have bought it only with the knowledge that engine is flawless... even the shift pattern is great!!!
after all appearance of a bike is essential... but if one believes in the make and build of the engine and also the reliability then HUNK is the one.... it surpasses all zones even if it does not have the so called modern equipments.... anyways.... this is my review of the bike.... and I will keep posting more depending on the no. of days I spend with this new baby....
I would like to add one more thing i am not a blind fan of HH or any company but I respect anybody who brings out the best product without deceiving the faith of the customer. it is the sole discretion of the customer to go for it or no.
in my view its a win win situation to go and book one.... and rest all depends on the buyers perception. one will understand by ones own analysis....
The bike presently costs 60k on road exshowroom Delhi and now I am getting a mileage of 50.5 kmpl... it depends on the rider and the machine.... its a well known fact.
all ur questions and suggestions are most welcome... provided they stay wiithin decent bounds....
