A friend of mine, bought a Hunk a couple of days back, and as we know, we started adding kilometers to the odo immediately. Engine is rev happy, smooth and shows no signs of tiring either.

I own a Honda Unicorn, which I've been riding for slightly over a year now, hence I also was eating my friend's head to buy one, to which he cheerfully disagreed, stating, its not what he wants, he was expecting something more. The obvious option then was the HH CBZ Extreme or the Hunk. Now, my friend is not very comfortable on an Extreme due to its height, and with the option of Hunk, for almost the same price, i'd bet he'd buy a hunk.

He wanted the Silver coloured Hunk, however, after running from dealer to dealer, we realized that, the silver colour would take us longer than importing a SBK from Japan, so he decided on a black coloured Hunk, (which is not bad looking at all and which was available, other colours needed 20 days waiting!).

As we rode the bike on roads in Pune, we realized that Hunk had great handling, keeping in mind, he previously rode HH Passion, it was a great bonus. Also, the seating posture is sporty enough, and the gear lever, well, not yet slick, but definately better than that on an Apache. Am sure, it will be as slick as that on a Honda Unicorn with time.

The bike has a great exhaust note, wish Unicorn had the same. However, what I didn't like was the rear suspension. It is a bit hard, (Note: Pune has no roads yet), and since it has a sporty posture, I'd recommend small intra city jaunts only.. Long distances, may just be tad bit painful.

Bottom Line, Hunk's flickable, easy to ride, HH promise, Honda engine. It don't get better than this. For those who has a strict budget of not more than 65k, this is the bike to go for if you are looking for looks and great riding and handling. Fuel efficiency is decent for bumper to bumper traffic and clutch feels easy for such traffic, which is a boon.

Buy it, you won't regret.
